Peer brings to his clients over 25 years experience buying and selling properties on Oahu both for himself and more recently his clients. Peer believes the key to his success with real estate investments is identifying properties that are a great value and thereby have good potential for appreciation in the long run.
Even though Peer has been successful with his investments, he realizes that buying and selling real estate is a very personal decision and that every individual has their own goal in each transaction. Peer takes the time to really listen to his clients and find out exactly what they want to do with their property.

About Peer
Peer has been a resident of Oahu for the past 45 years. He attended the University of Hawaii, was a member of the swim team and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. After college Peer worked for several years as a project engineer, installing communication systems in the Far East.
Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Peer joined the Honolulu Fire Department in 1990 and retired as a Fire Captain at Waikiki Station with 26 years of service. Peer is married with 3 adult children and currently resides in Hawaii Kai. In his off-work hours Peer enjoys managing his real estate investments, surfing and paddling outrigger canoes.
